A feasibility study evaluates a project's or system's practicality. Detailed project report is a complete document for investment decision-making, approval and planning.

BERR obtains cloud data of existing structures and facilities by laser scanning method without any design data. It provides the opportunity to analyze and simulate the existing facility or structure by modeling these data in 3D. With the BIM (Building Information Modeling) model, it is possible to obtain all design data of the existing structure or facility, including the P&ID (Process and Instrumentation Diagram). In addition, the possibility of 3D modeling, which progresses in conjunction with new projects, visualizes each stage, allowing all interested parties to get an overview of how the project will look in reality and to follow the progress of the project after construction begins. BERR's expert staff always provides the most advanced service in their projects with 3D modeling and BIM models.
